Inclusions & Exclusions
The Package - your design package includes a main index page and ten (10) sub-pages which can be used for other pages on the site.
Additional individually designed pages can be provided at a cost of $50 per page. The package does not include construction or placement of your site's content.
Site Content - if you have no knowledge of HTML or FTP, your site's content can be constructed for you at a cost of $25 per hour. This includes uploading the finished pages to your server.
Copyright - ownership will be vested with the Client upon final payment for the project.
Retainer - a proportion of the agreed price must be paid in advance (before work begins on your project) to retain our services:
Projects valued in excess of US$500 - 50% Retainer. Balance may be paid in two installments of 25% each, with the first installment due on completion of the project, and the second installment due within 14 days of completion.
Late payment will attract a monthly fee at the maximum amount provided by law.
Projects valued below US$500 - 50% Retainer. Entire balance due on completion, before final delivery of files.
Monthly Maintenance Fees-for general maintenance and updating are due no later than the 15th of each month.
Revisions - five (5) free revisions may be made during the design process. Any additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate of US$25. Once the design is settled, the graphics will be created and finalized. A full page sample will then be emailed to you, and you may make five free minor revisions of the page. A "revision" includes but not limited to the following:
* Changing the layout of the page;
* Adding extra graphics.
A revision does not include any changes to graphics already created. You must be sure that the sample graphics meet your requirements before the page design is finalized, or additional charges will be incurred at the rate of US$25 per hour in order to make major changes to graphics.
Mockups - two (2) free design mockups, if required, may be provided after payment of the Retainer fee.
Creation of additional mockups (different designs) will be charged at an hourly rate of US$25.
Services Not Offered - web hosting, domain name registration. We will however , be happy to assist you in setting up your webhost and registering your domain name. You are responsible for all charges incurred from the webhost and/or domain registrar.
Use of copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited - any images, text or other material provided by you must be your own original work. We cannot create web designs using the work of other artists, even if you have their permission to use their art (however, you are free to place such images on your site as
part of it.)
Design Process
The procedure for designing graphics and web pages is one of constant change. The first step is for you to tell us, in as much detail as possible, what your requirements are. The information you provide will be refined as the design process continues. We will be happy to render any assistance you need in the planning of your page layout, in order for the design to be effective.
Please note that compiling text and other page content is an additional charge (see the Pricing Schedule.) Based on the information you provide, a free quote will be offered. Once agreed upon, a retainer (proportion of the quoted price) is due for immediate payment, before work begins.
Once the first payment has been received (if paid by check, it must clear our bank first), a sample graphic (mockup) will be created and emailed to you for the first set of adjustments to be made. A maximum of two free mockups (two different designs) are included in the price.

All increases to fees incurred during the design process are agreed upon by you before work continues.
If you decide to cancel the project at any time after work has commenced, you will be either billed a percentage of the full price
quoted, or reimbursed a percentage of the amount already paid, according to the amount of work completed upon cancellation.
As soon as the design is completed, the balance of fees owed must be paid in full before delivery.
If paid by check, it must clear our bank first. When the final payment is processed your graphics or websets will be emailed to you
in a ZIP file.
Methods of Payment:
Payments may be made via check, money order.
U.S. Residents - US$25 fee may be assessed on dishonoured checks.
